Max Fleisher explained to KOIN 6 Information he was fired from Voodoo Doughnut on Thursday. He mentioned the excessive warmth produced an unsafe function ecosystem, and furnished pics of thermometers from inside the Old Town location that allegedly confirmed temperatures reaching amongst 95 and 96 degrees F.

Fleisher and the many others feel they’ve been retaliated from for going on strike and have due to the fact filed issues with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.
Aaron Corvin, a spokesperson for Oregon OSHA, mentioned the workers do have legal rights.
